As part of the Spring Safe campaign the R.W. (Bob) Farr Memorial Library is making a splash with a colouring competition that’s all about water safety and fun! Using the collection of cut outs, kids aged 5 and under are invited to colour, cut, and create their very own water safety scene on the “Colour Between the Flags” page. Return your art to the library by the 22nd of September to enter. Winners will be announced at our Special Spring Safe Story time on the 24th of September.
