This community information session—facilitated by Professor Peta Ashworth OAM, Director of the Curtin Institute for Energy Transition—will feature a panel of a representative from Energy Policy WA, alongside renewable energy companies entering the area and the Shire of Narrogin, sharing updates on current and proposed projects in the district.
About the Curtin Institute for Energy Transition
Established in 2022, the Curtin Institute for Energy Transition (CIET) provides thought leadership on climate and energy technologies as they relate to the global shift toward renewable energy. The Institute uses scientific research to inform government, industry, and the public about the trade-offs involved in achieving a just and sustainable energy transition. CIET also develops a suite of technologies and tools designed to facilitate this change and elevate the level of public understanding and debate around energy futures.
